Book your Private Theatre Rental today!

Base Rental fee is $150, which includes drinks and popcorn for up to 15 people, and you choose to bring your own DVD or BluRay. You will be able to add more than 15 people at $5/person. A final count will be taken prior to starting the movie-- at which time your balance will need to be paid.  So feel free to invite whomever you wish.

You may bring your own BluRay/DVD or choose one of the features currently showing on the date of your rental. If you choose a feature currently showing, there will be a $25 Surcharge (on top of the $150 base).

If you choose a private viewing for the latest movie we have to offer (subject to availability), there will be a $25 Surcharge (on top of the $150 base) for up to 15 people, which also includes drinks and popcorn. You may add more than 15 people at $5/person.

We need at least 7 days advance notice for all rental requests. This allows time for employee scheduling. 

A $25 deposit is required when your request has been approved. This is in your hands, and is how you confirm that you want your reservation (see Confirmation below for details).  Once we receive the deposit (down payment towards full balance), we can schedule the staff.

Due to the process it takes for these reservations, the deposit is non-refundable.  PLEASE make sure of your plans first!  It is not possible for us to move or reschedule any reservations once you have committed.  You would have to cancel the one and then begin the process again.

We understand life throws in unexpected things, which is why we only require the deposit, and not the full amount.  Thank you for understanding.

Each rental is 2 1/2 hours in total.  Please factor in the running time of your movie before planning when to have your guests arrive, or if you want any time afterwards.  There is no option to extend time last minute.

MONDAY-FRIDAY: Available start times are anytime from 9:00am to 4:00pm (Subject to seasonal movie schedules)

SATURDAY: Available start times from 10:00am - 1:00pm (Subject to seasonal movie schedules)

SUNDAY: 1:00 is the only time slot available (Subject to seasonal movie schedules)

Once we approve a time and date, you will be sent an email with a link to confirm your request and pay the initial deposit to secure your date and time.  Once that is received, we will be able to staff your reservation. Your private rental is not considered confirmed and scheduled until the deposit has been paid. The payment link expires at the end of the next day after it is sent to youPlease note that deposits are non-refundable.

You will be allowed entry to set up no more than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. You are free to use that time how you wish, but please keep in mind that your movie (when you decide to start it) will need to have time to finish, and guests depart in a reasonable time.  You must be aware how long your movie will take to run its length!  Before your chosen film starts, you will need to have your entire group present for a head count, this is when you will pay the balance due. If you have decided to watch a title we have in house, we will advise as to when would be the deadline for it to start.

We encourage you to bring whatever food or snacks you want to bring, to make your event more fun.  We simply ask that you clean up any mess from outside food items.  (Alcoholic beverages are prohibited)
